What We Aim to Do
We aim to launch community workshops, create resource toolkits, and build partnerships
that support mental health. We are always working towards collaborating and partnering
with local community organizations to together create a positive impact.
- 🎨 Open Palette Event: A mental health-focused art event held once every 3 months.
- 📚 Information Sessions: At least twice a year, featuring guest speakers and career exploration.
- 🛠️ Resources Toolkit: A curated collection of support services organized by city.
- 🌸 Community Healing Circles: Culturally relevant spaces for collective healing.
- 🎁 Self-Care Kits: Annual distribution of journals, stress tools, and info sheets.
- 👩 Women’s Wellness Workshops: Interactive pilot program on resilience, body positivity, and self-care.
